Version
Version 2006.07.01 Notes - Released: July 01 2006
Need complete translations, please.
  • Added keyring support.
  • Updated interface version to 11100.
  • Added menus to the Craft and Trade Skill Frames.
(there's still a bug with enchants)
  • Fixed a bug with SetItemRef() parameters.
  • Added "fill stack" feature to the merchant sub menu. (untested)
Version 2006.06.19 Notes - Released: June 19 2006
Major internal changes: (and more to come)
  • Menu options are sorted deterministically
  • Test hooks are stored in a new way that gives better debuggability

Minor external changes:
  • Now possible to wear stuff from bank
  • There's now a tooltip next to the menu, instead of a title line
  • The tooltip is dragable and it's scale can be changed from the configuration menu
  • Made the delete->sure?->yes structure optional and added it to the disenchant option too
  • A few auction house options automatically change AuctionFrame tabs
  • A few auction house bugs fixed
Version 2006.01.15 Notes - Released: January 14 2006
  • It is now possible to invoke the menu on items in the auction house.
  • There are a couple of other new options regarding the auction house too.
  • A few more fixes for 1.9.
  • Removed support for Khaos. It was ugly, bulky and never worked anyway.
  • Fixed configurability via myAddOns.
Version 2005.12.28 Notes - Released: December 31 2005
Completed Sea -> Ace conversion and removed change log.
AIOI support removed to an external module.
MyBags support found to be obsolete and removed too.
New year, new email address.
Interface version bump.
New option to equip rings, trinkets and one hand items to the other slot.
Added colour detection to the tooltip sniffer code.
Fixed the "nothing happens" bug with BoE items.
Removed change log from the end every file to make the ZIP file smaller.
Version 2005.10.28 Notes - Released: October 27 2005 N/A
Interrim release ... moving from Sea to Ace incomplete
  • Split Auction and Inspect features into separate modules that are loaded on demand
  • Fixed a problem where the menu would go off-screen for chatlinks and (my version of Derkyle's) ItemSync.
  • Fixed the bank frame "that bag is full" bug.
  • Turned the Buy option in the Merchant Frame into a dynamic submenu, much like the split submenu. Also made it stand out.
  • Fixed a bug that would cause disconnections when using "Insert Chat Link" from certain sources. Link was wrong color (black).
  • Made AxuItemMenusDebug depend on myDebug (by the same author as myAddOns) and removed all my own windowing code. It was never my intention to write a fully fledged debugger, but I hadn't found a good debugger to use until now.
Version 2005.10.15 Notes - Released: October 15 2005 N/A
  • Interface version now 1800
  • Started separating AddOn into modular pieces that are loaded on demand
  • Added exception handling on hooks, so the whole menu doesn't fail if one test hook fails
  • (The debug addon doesn't work right now...)
  • Some internal API changes in progress
Version 2005.09.30 Notes - Released: September 29 2005 N/A
Some fixes, some support for Khaos.
Version 2005.09.13 (Beta) Notes - Released: September 13 2005 N/A
  • The "menus extending off-screen" bug has been fixed by WoW-1.7.0. The menus will never extend off-screen on the right hand side anymore. Sometimes they still can extend off the left side though ...
  • Added support for Dressing Room in WoW-1.7.0.
  • Added support for opening the menus for items being sold by merchants. Disabled by default, enable it from the config menu. This might come in handy with some AddOns that enhance AxuItemMenus, such as Components and WowGuruItemMenu.
  • Made trade skill scanning event driven. This fixes a few bugs, like the one where it wouldn't "Disenchant" or "Pick Lock" the first time the game was started.
  • If "Split" contains a submenu, you can still select the menu option itself too, to get a StackSplitFrame.
  • Dropping support for MyInventory and MyBank in favour of MyBags. (Work still in progress... But it appears to work with MyBags now, thanks to the efforts of the MyBags author. :-)
  • Added config menu option to disable all warnings and print outs.
  • Major rewrite to replace Sea.wow.item.classifyItemStrings().
This might cause backwards incompatibilities, since the basic classification is now done by the WoW built-in function GetItemInfo().
  • Small enhancements here and there.
  • German translation is missing some strings and the French, Korean and Chinese translations are missing altogether. HELP!
Version 2005.07.27 Notes - Released: July 27 2005 N/A
  • Added partial German translation, thanks to Andreas Gabel.
  • Added pop-up menu to inspect windows, thanks to Kristof Resch.
  • Minor cosmetic fixes. (But menu can still wander off screen.)
  • New configuration options. (Including "rescan trade skills".)
  • Added pop-up menu to chat links. (Disabled by default.)
  • Made it possible to override the built-in sendmail option.
Version 2005.07.20 Notes - Released: July 20 2005 N/A
  • Added myAddOns v2.0 support
  • Rewrote Disenchant menu option support, and added Pick Lock menu option. These are completely untested, please report if they don't work.
  • Can now be configured via myAddOns as well.
Version 2005.07.16 Notes - Released: July 16 2005 N/A

I've started getting random spam to the unique email address I registered at this site, so I'm discontinuing updates and support of my AddOns here for the time being.

Ugh, 1.8.0 already?!?

The release of 1.8.0 has caught me completely by surprise.
I've been enjoying the changes to the feral build that came
with 1.7.0 so much that I haven't had time to do any testing
and development on 1.8.0 at all. I thought I still had at least
two weeks ... :-)

Well ... I guess I need to make a new release within a week now.

I tried to update this file today with a beta version for WoW-1.7.0, but I kept getting "Unable to create zip file." Sorry.

Cole,

You need to also install a function library called Sea.

I haven't documented it anywhere, but it also adds menus to items in bank. As for showing what you have in bank when you're not at the bank yourself, I think that's a job for some other AddOn. This one just makes menus. The other AddOn can of course add options into the menus this AddOn creates ...

Does it also show you what you have in the bank? If not it might be a good decision to add it. Sometimes it can be a problem to run to the bank and check to see what you have in there.
